Călin Rangu, a New Remarkable Participation at an Academic Event

Călin Rangu, a New Remarkable Participation at an Academic Event

Senior Lecturer Călin Rangu, Dean of the Economic Sciences and Business Administration Faculty, “Danubius” University, will deliver a presentation during the 23rd edition of the “RSEP International Economics, Finance & Business Conference”, scheduled to take place on the 25th and 26th of November.

The presentation entitled “Considerations on Digital Financial Ecosystem” is based on a homonymous article about which Călin Rangu told us the following:

“Firstly, this paper is aimed at presenting the components of a digital financial ecosystem, secondly – at presenting a couple of business and services models and thirdly – at discussing the evolution factors and involved risks. As a consequence, our study wants to identify domains prone to improve the already existing framework and to formulate proposals of adapting to new technologies. The research instrument is a complex survey used to reflect respondents’ opinions regarding the research topic. The digital financial ecosystem generated a new concept, that of  digital liquidity, with the purpose to support the business environment in terms of maintaining financial stability, integrating financial systems and remodeling the concept of economic benefits in a time unit. The business models designed by the interconnected partners are needed as response to users’ needs. The suppliers, the banks, the insurers, the investments or pension funds, the licensed institutions or the ones without license should create and distribute their products and services in a digital format. For products and services to reach the beneficiaries infrastructures, regulations and dedicated policies are needed to guarantee accessibility at reasonable costs. A digital ecosystem must facilitate interaction in a high security environment”.
