University Guidance and Career Prospects among High School Students in Buzău

Assist. Prof. PhD Candidate Camelia Aramă, in her capacity as Director of DREU, together with Florin Georgescu, coordinator of the Buzău center, carried out a series of outreach activities aimed at presenting the educational offer of Danubius International University within several pre-university institutions. The visits took place at the “Regele Mihai I” Economic College, the “Grigore C. Moisil” Technological High School, and the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” Technological High School, where students were invited to explore the academic and professional opportunities provided by the university in a dynamic educational context.

The interventions of the two representatives were distinguished by an interactive and well-argued approach, designed to highlight the advantages of pursuing a university pathway oriented toward excellence and internationalization. Through coherent presentations and open dialogue, they emphasized the role of academic training in developing the competencies required for a successful career, while also strengthening the relationship between the university and pre-university environments. The students demonstrated an open and receptive attitude, showing genuine interest in the information presented and actively engaging in the proposed educational dialogue.

Academic and Regional Cooperation in the Black Sea Area: The Participation of Danubius International University in International Strategic Initiatives

The participation of representatives of Danubius International University in meetings held in Turkey confirms the institution’s sustained commitment to strengthening regional cooperation across the wider Black Sea Basin. The initiatives promoted highlight an integrated vision of development, in which universities, public authorities, innovation centers, and economic clusters contribute synergistically to the creation of a sustainable collaborative ecosystem. In this context, initiatives carried out under the auspices of the Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme acquire increased strategic relevance, facilitating the exchange of best practices and the development of transnational partnerships.

Through active involvement in such projects, the Carpathian–Danube–Black Sea region consolidates its position as an interface between the European Union, the Black Sea area, and the international academic and economic community. Danubius International University assumes a key role in this process by promoting innovation, knowledge transfer, and institutional dialogue, with the aim of supporting smart and sustainable regional development.

The 6th Edition of the International Conference on FinTech, Cyberspace, and Artificial Intelligence Law: A Global Dialogue on Emerging Legal and Technological Challenges

The 6th edition of the International Conference on FinTech, Cyberspace, and Artificial Intelligence Law took place on March 27, 2026, bringing together scholars, researchers, and practitioners in a highly dynamic online format. The significant level of participation unequivocally confirmed the relevance and importance of this event within the international legal and academic landscape, while the strong engagement during the Q&A session further enhanced its interactive character and scientific value.

The event was organized by the European Public Law Organization, CIRET Paris – Observatory of Law and Transdisciplinarity, and Danubius International University of Galați, in partnership with the Society of Juridical and Administrative Sciences.

Education and the Future: Presenting the Danubius University Academic Offer in High Schools in Botoșani

Assistant Lecturer PhD Candidate Camelia Aramă, Director of DREU, together with Ms. Lăcrămioara Epure, Coordinator of the Botoșani Center, and Nadia Ionela Merticariu, a Law student, carried out a series of educational information and guidance activities within several high schools: “Alexandru cel Bun” High School, “Dimitrie Negreanu” High School, and the Sports Program High School. The primary objective of these initiatives was to familiarize students with the academic opportunities offered by Danubius International University.

The approach focused on presenting the study programs, modern educational facilities, and the professional development prospects made available by the institution to prospective students, within a dynamic educational framework aligned with the contemporary demands of the labor market.

Direct interaction with students enabled not only the dissemination of relevant information, but also the stimulation of interest in pursuing higher education within an environment oriented toward excellence and internationalization.
