Academic Guidance of High School Students: University Promotion Practices

In her capacity as coordinator of the Brăila center, Mrs. Gica Ceauș carried out an activity aimed at promoting the educational offer of Danubius International University at the “Nicolae Iorga” National College. The meeting sought to inform senior high school students about academic opportunities, available study programs, and the professional development prospects provided by the higher education institution.

The activity was conducted in an interactive framework, facilitating direct dialogue between the university representative and the students, which enabled the clarification of essential aspects related to admission procedures, curriculum structure, and academic mobility opportunities.

Within a meeting organized by CONAF Galați, the participation of Rector & CEO, Dr. Steve O. The meeting held on April 25 brought together the institutional leadership, represented by Rector & CEO, Dr. Steve O. Michael, the majority of the faculty’s academic staff, and approximately 50 students, in a setting defined by open dialogue, energy, and academic engagement. The event represented a significant milestone in strengthening the faculty’s strategic directions, with a particular focus on shaping a shared vision for its future development. The discussions underscored the ambition to position the School of Global Business and Leadership as a forward-looking educational benchmark, grounded in an international context and built upon the rigorous integration of theoretical knowledge with authentic practical experience.

 

Within this framework, emphasis was placed on the importance of developing a modern academic community based on a genuine partnership between faculty and students, where leadership and strong connections with the business environment play a central role. The active involvement of students, reflected in their innovative ideas and openness toward institutional development, confirmed the relevance and sustainability of the proposed direction. Their enthusiasm and contributions outline the foundations of a robust evolution, reinforcing confidence in the faculty’s capacity to build an educational model aligned with contemporary demands.

FDGI alongside young researchers: active engagement in an international workshop dedicated to doctoral students in law

The Faculty of International Governance and Law announces that the Dean of the Faculty, Associate Professor Dr. Cristina Elena Popa Tache, had the honor of serving as moderator of the 1st International Workshop of Doctoral Students in Law – “Contemporary Challenges in Comparative Law”, an international scientific event organized by the European Law and Governance School, in collaboration with Charles University in Prague and the Doctoral School of Law within the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.

The workshop brought together young researchers, academics, and specialists from diverse academic backgrounds, fostering dialogue on contemporary issues in comparative law and reaffirming the importance of international academic cooperation and support for the new generation of legal scholars.
