The International Conference BRIDGING MINDS AND SOCIETIES: PSYCHOANTHROPOLOGY FOR PSYCHOLOGY AND SOCIAL WORK was held at Danubius International University on March 14, 2026, in a hybrid format, bringing together researchers, academics, and practitioners interested in interdisciplinary dialogue across psychology, anthropology, and social work.

The conference program featured a wide range of presentations exploring topics such as the cultural construction of the self, emotional socialization across the lifespan, bicultural identities, virtual communities, and the role of narrative practices in psychological and social contexts.

The event provided an academic framework dedicated to the presentation and discussion of contemporary research relevant to understanding the interplay between the individual, culture, and society, facilitating the exchange of ideas and the strengthening of collaborations among specialists from diverse academic settings.

The conference structure was organized into thematic sessions addressing, from complementary perspectives, the cultural, social, and psychological dimensions of human experience.
