On the Future of Legal Education and the Webinar Delivered by Dr. Paulina E. Wilson

The webinar delivered on Friday, 13 March, by Dr. Paulina E. Wilson (Senior Lecturer in Law, Queen’s University Belfast) enjoyed great success, bringing together more than 55 participants – colleagues, students, researchers, and professionals interested in the contemporary developments of legal education.

The event, moderated by Dr. Cristina Elena Popa Tache, Dean of the Faculty of Law and International Governance, provided a rigorous academic analysis of the transformations brought about by digital communication and by new teaching methods in the field of law, from a comparative perspective.

A strong point of the meeting was the discussion on immersive education in law schools (and beyond), highlighting its potential to transform the learning process through simulations, interactive experiences, and pedagogical methods that bring students closer to the reality of legal practice.

The discussions were particularly substantial, and the Q&A session highlighted the strong interest of the academic community in these topics.

We thank Dr. Paulina E. Wilson for this remarkable intervention and all participants for their contribution to dynamic and high-quality academic debates.
