Who Bears Responsibility When Algorithms Decide? Perspectives on Legal Liability in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

The School of International Governance and Law within Danubius International University extends its thanks to all those who contributed to the success of the conference “Who Is Responsible When Algorithms Decide? Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Legal Liability”, held on 22 April 2026.

The event brought together specialists from the academic and professional environments, legal practitioners, and participants interested in one of the most topical issues of the contemporary era: the impact of artificial intelligence on legal liability and on automated decision-making mechanisms.

We thank the distinguished speakers for their valuable contributions, rigorous analysis, and their vision during the debates, as well as all participants for the interest shown, constructive dialogue, and active involvement.

We thank you all and look forward to welcoming you to our future academic events!
