In the opening ceremony, short speeches will be delivered by:

• Associate Professor Andy Pușcă, Ph.D., President of “Danubius” University of Galați;
• Professor Florian Nuță, Ph.D., Vice-rector for scientific affairs, “Danubius” University of Galați.

The scientific papers will be delivered by:

• Professor Cristinel Munteanu, Ph.D., “Danubius” University of Galați – For a proper understanding of the relation between theory and practice;
• Associate Professor Costin Croitoru, Ph.D., Manager of “Carol I” Museum of Brăila – “Archeological smokes taken out from prehistorical smoking pipes”;
• Associate Professor Fănel Teodorașcu, Ph.D., “Danubius” University of Galați – Journalism, talent and academic education.
