The meeting held on April 25 brought together the institutional leadership, represented by Rector & CEO, Dr. Steve O. Michael, the majority of the faculty’s academic staff, and approximately 50 students, in a setting defined by open dialogue, energy, and academic engagement. The event represented a significant milestone in strengthening the faculty’s strategic directions, with a particular focus on shaping a shared vision for its future development. The discussions underscored the ambition to position the School of Global Business and Leadership as a forward-looking educational benchmark, grounded in an international context and built upon the rigorous integration of theoretical knowledge with authentic practical experience.
Within this framework, emphasis was placed on the importance of developing a modern academic community based on a genuine partnership between faculty and students, where leadership and strong connections with the business environment play a central role. The active involvement of students, reflected in their innovative ideas and openness toward institutional development, confirmed the relevance and sustainability of the proposed direction. Their enthusiasm and contributions outline the foundations of a robust evolution, reinforcing confidence in the faculty’s capacity to build an educational model aligned with contemporary demands.
