The Department of Distance Learning and Reduced-Frequency Studies at Danubius International University is dedicated to promoting flexible and accessible education, tailored to meet the current needs of students. This department coordinates distance learning (DL) and reduced-frequency (RF) study programs, which combine traditional learning methods with modern technologies. In this context, students benefit from printed study materials, multimedia courses, online sessions, and periodic meetings for practical activities, depending on their schedules and preferences.

Distance learning (DL) is an exceptionally flexible form of education, allowing students to learn remotely, at times and locations that suit them best. DL programs provide access to various educational platforms and multimedia resources, thus facilitating independent but guided learning. Additionally, reduced-frequency learning (RF) combines self-study with practical sessions, where students can interact directly with professors and peers in seminars and laboratories.
