International Conference “Perspectives of Business Law in the Third Millennium”

The 15th International Conference “Perspectives of Business Law in the Third Millennium” will be held online on 14 November 2025. The event is listed on the OCEAN Bulletin Board as an upcoming event and Call for Papers announcement: https://www.coe.int/en/web/open-academic-networks/home.

The conference is jointly organized by:

  • University of Málaga, Faculty of Law (Spain),
  • Danubius International University, Faculty of Law and International Governance (Romania), and
  • The Society of Juridical and Administrative Sciences (Adjuris).

The event has established itself as a platform for international scientific dialogue, focusing on the evolution and perspectives of business law in the third millennium. It brings together academics, researchers, PhD students, and legal practitioners, with sections dedicated to: Council of Europe’s Mission and Conventions, Public Law, Private Law, as well as European Union & International Law.

Keynote Speakers will be:

  • Dra. María Isabel Torres Cazorla (Professor of Public International Law and International Relations / Vice Dean of International Relations and Institutional Outreach, University of Málaga),
  • Steve O. Michael (Rector & CEO, Danubius International University),
  • Moderator Assoc. Prof. Cristina Elena Popa Tache (Dean, Faculty of Law and International Governance, Danubius International University).

Accepted papers will be published in partner journals or in the conference proceedings, which are periodically submitted for evaluation to the Web of Science – Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI).
