On March 28, Danubius International University had the pleasure of hosting the County Session for Training Student Representatives, an event organized by the Galați County Student Council. The event brought together students from Galați County, with the aim of providing them with opportunities to develop representation and leadership skills—key elements in shaping them into responsible leaders who are actively involved in their school communities and beyond. The activities included interactive sessions and training on topics such as representation, document management, and collaboration between educational institutions.
At the official opening of the event, Dr. Doinița POPA, Director of the Department of Teacher Training at Danubius International University, delivered a welcoming message to the participants. In her speech, Dr. Popa emphasized the importance of quality education and the preparation of younger generations to become active leaders engaged in community life. Dr. Popa's presence added significant value to the event, reaffirming the commitment of Danubius International University to the education and professional development of students in Galați County.
The event was a remarkable success, highlighting the fruitful collaboration between educational institutions and county authorities. The student training session serves as an example of active involvement in the education of young generations and in supporting their development as leaders of the future.
