Study Program: "Preparatory Year of Romanian Language for Foreign Citizens" at Danubius International University

Danubius International University, through the School of Smart Education and Innovative Teacher Training, is currently conducting the admission session for the accredited study program "Preparatory Year of Romanian Language for Foreign Citizens". Conceived as a fundamental milestone in the educational path of international students, this program provides the linguistic, academic, and cultural training required to pursue higher education at the Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral level in Romania. Featuring a modern structure carrying 60 ECTS credits and an approved capacity of 50 places, the instruction combines general Romanian language teaching with specialized modules tailored to four key academic domains: Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, Humanities and Arts, as well as Biological and Biomedical Sciences.

Delivered within a dynamic, digitalized, and multicultural academic environment, the program ensures the development of written and oral communication competencies, the acquisition of domain-specific scientific language, and optimal adaptation to the standards of European higher education. Danubius International University is pleased to announce another outstanding academic achievement of the Dean of the Faculty of Law and International Governance, Dr. Cristina Elena Popa Tache, marked by the publication of a scholarly article in the prestigious CADMUS Journal. Global Security and Governance Management – A Specialization for Leaders in a Dynamic International Environment

The Master’s Programme in Global Security and Governance Management, offered by the School of International Governance and Law at Danubius International University, is designed for graduates interested in international security, global governance, and organizational management within an increasingly complex geopolitical landscape. Delivered entirely in English, the programme provides an interdisciplinary education focused on developing the knowledge and competencies required to analyze global risks, formulate security strategies, and understand the mechanisms of international cooperation. FARA Educational Scholarships Program for the 2026–2027 Academic Year

Danubius International University is pleased to inform its students about the launch of a new edition of the FARA Educational Scholarships Program for the 2026–2027 academic year, an initiative communicated through the Ministry of Education and Research – General Directorate for University Education. The program aims to support students facing financial or educational challenges in continuing their studies while promoting academic excellence through the award of 45 scholarships: 32 Jane Nicholson Scholarships, intended for students requiring educational support, and 13 Lenovo Scholarships, dedicated to students who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement and a strong interest in fields such as computer science, information technology, mathematics, physics, and other scientific disciplines.
